Marketplace Ethics

All sellers on the Veghdoot platform are expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity. Selling counterfeit, refurbished, or used parts as "New/Genuine" is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

• Product Accuracy: Listings must accurately describe the condition, brand, and compatibility of the part.
• Fair Pricing: Sellers must not engage in predatory pricing or misleading discounts.
• Stock Management: Sellers must update their inventory levels daily to prevent out-of-stock cancellations.

Quality Standards

Veghdoot conducts periodic random quality checks on products shipped by vendors. Sellers who consistently receive high ratings and low return rates will be eligible for "Verified Elite" status, granting them better visibility and lower commission rates.

Payouts & Commissions

Vendor payouts are automated and processed according to the following schedule:

• Payout Cycle: Every Wednesday for all orders successfully delivered and past the 7-day return window.
• Commission: A standard marketplace fee of 8% to 15% (depending on category) is deducted from the sale price.
• Refund Adjustments: Refund amounts for returned items will be adjusted from the next payout cycle.

Performance Metrics

Sellers must maintain a minimum fulfillment rate of 98%. Excessive cancellations (more than 2% of monthly orders) or delayed shipping (beyond 48 hours) will lead to temporary listing suspension.
